Role Description and responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Application Developer at 3D-Side. The Web Application Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications. In collaboration with the mathematical developer, he will implement functions in a web page using javascript. The successful candidate will be expected to work from the Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium office with 60% remote work.
Develop, test and document features which have an impact on people’s life
integrate back-end mathematical functions, 3D visualization, algorithms behind buttons in web pages
understanding the needs of biomedical engineers to make sure it fits their expectations
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Accurately translate user and business needs into functional front end code

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Strong skills in Web Application Development
3+ years' experience in javascript development (VueJS is a bonus)
Any experience with 3D/algorithm is an asset (VTK or three.js)
Proficiency in Software Development
Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, PHP, HTML5.
Experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus
Experience with Agile methodology and Test Driven Development is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
