Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Three.js Specialist with a background in building 3D product configurators to help shape our innovative platform. You’ll be responsible for developing a user-friendly, real-time 3D design interface that allows users to configure and customize fashion products effortlessly. As part of our dynamic team, you will help bring the ease of Canva to the world of 3D fashion design.

Responsibility

• Design and build an intuitive, interactive 3D product configurator using Three.js and WebGL, enabling real-time customization of fashion designs.

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to create a smooth, responsive user experience that feels easy and accessible to fashion designers.

• Optimize 3D models for performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth interaction across various devices and browsers.

• Implement real-time rendering features, including texture mapping, lighting, and animations, to enhance the configurator's visual quality.

• Integrate 3D configurator elements with the backend systems, ensuring seamless transitions between design, customization, and production.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in 3D product configurators, continually improving the configurator's performance and features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing 3D product configurators using Three.js and WebGL.

• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building rich, interactive web applications.

• Strong experience with 3D modeling, texture mapping, and optimizing assets for real-time performance.

• Knowledge of rendering techniques, including shaders, lighting, and shadows, to create visually stunning 3D experiences.

• Experience in developing scalable, user-friendly tools that allow for real-time product customization.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to ensure an intuitive, easy-to-use interface for non-technical users.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the limits of web-based 3D technology.
