Job Description:

As our Full Stack Developer and Co-Founder, you will work closely with the team to develop and enhance our SaaS platform. You will lead all front-end initiatives, including concept validation, development, and implementation of our features, as well as back-end, with helpful support in key stages of the project. You will also play a crucial role in integrating AI-driven features with the help of our advisor, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our SaaS platform.

• Enhance the existing 3D module using Three.js and React Three Fiber.

• Troubleshoot and identify cost-effective and scalable solutions.

• Integrate AI-driven solutions and assist in developing our proprietary AI.

• Work with the team to define our technical strategy to meet business objectives.

• Help build, manage, and develop our future IT team in a culture of excellence.

• Define, design, and ship new features collaboratively with the team.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Contribute to the strategic technical direction of the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development with solid expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with backend and backend-for-frontend development using Node.js.

• Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with mastery of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Knowledge of Three.js and React Three Fiber or other 3D JavaScript libraries.

• Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation using Next.js.

• Experience working with RESTful services in front-end applications and integrating with AI solutions.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less (optional).

• Entrepreneurial spirit, excelling in resource-limited environments with a proactive "get things done" attitude.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Deep passion for innovation and a dedication to creating something unique and impactful.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GraphQL.

• Experience in entrepreneurship, startups, and/or managing technical teams.

• Experience in mobile app development.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.

• Proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
