Position Type: Project-Based with Potential for Full-Time Employment

Role Description Summary

Team Creative is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior XR and Web App Developer to join our dynamic team initially for specific projects, with a trajectory to full-time work. This role requires excellent demonstrated experience developing AR application/s and is perfect for those who are passionate about VR, AR, and MR technologies . You will need to be skilled in creating immersive experiences using the Unity Platform and all other relevant development tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality immersive applications and also have an interest in AI. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code and may have some client facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Immersive XR Experiences:

• Design and implement AR/VR/MR applications for platforms including mobile and web.

• Collaborate with designers and artists to create interactive and engaging user experiences.

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Web Application Development:

• Build robust and user-friendly web applications that integrate seamlessly with XR technologies.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time.

• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to best practices.

• Stay Updated on Technological Advances:

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in XR, web technologies, and industry trends.

• Experiment with new tools and technologies to innovate and improve our offerings.

• Technical Leadership:

• Mentor our junior developers and assist in skill development where possible.

• Contribute to the technical strategy and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in XR (AR/VR/MR) development.

• Proven experience in web application development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Experience in deploying applications across multiple platforms.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in XR development tools and platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR frameworks).

• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and WebGL.

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools.

• Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular).

• Familiarity with cloud services and APIs is a plus.
