How You Will Contribute

As a Senior UI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining user interfaces using various programming languages, UI frameworks, and platforms within an Agile DevOps environment. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of frontend technologies, with a passion for delivering high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and a strong commitment to achieving results.

Ownership of projects from software design to implementation and deployment.
Work within a high-performance team and ensure a high quality of deliverables.
Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within an Agile DevOps development environment.
Architect, develop and test highly interactive web applications and reusable components using modern web technologies and frameworks.
Perform on-call application support as necessary.

The Must Haves

Minimum six years’ experience as a UI Software Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent work experience.
Expertise in JavaScript/ES6 and at least one UI framework (e.g. React, Angular, Vue).
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and CSS Preprocessors. (Less/Sass)
Experience with data visualization using D3, WebGL, Three.js, or other innovative technologies is a plus.
Commitment to creating self-contained, reusable, and testable UI modules and components.
Experience writing production-quality code, preferably in a product based company.
Excellent at articulating, documenting and presenting ideas and work across the Software Engineering organization.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest UI technologies, evaluating against existing architecture, and incorporating as applicable.
Demonstrated leadership in UI development, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
