Senior Full-Stack Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Team Lead to lead the ongoing development of our 3D Web GIS platform. This role involves steering technical direction, managing development teams, and ensuring high-performance, scalable architecture.

• Lead the development of our 3D Web GIS platform.

• Design and implement scalable architectures and performance optimizations.

• Convert product specifications into technical implementations.

• Foster technical excellence and mentor team members.

• Ensure code quality, organization, and automation.

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Expertise in React and Node.js ecosystems.

• Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).

• Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Leadership experience in software development.

• Experience with 3D graphics frameworks such as WebGL or Three.js.

• Familiarity with geospatial technologies or GIS.

• Experience with gaming frameworks like Unity or Unreal Engine.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Proven ability to lead a small development team.

• Deep understanding of full-stack development modern practices and technologies.

• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

• Working in a small team focused on product design and development.
