As our senior-level Front-end Developer, you will work with innovative and 3D technologies to create world-class interactive experiences for some of the most recognized brands on the planet.
You’ll work closely with our in-house development team, creatives and project managers to craft cutting edge front-end experiences powered by new and emerging technology, including 3D. Our ideal candidate will have developed several WebGL-based experiences that showcase the use of 3D, AR, and/or VR on the web or in apps. Expertise with modern front-end SPA frameworks is required (React, Vue, etc.). We are looking for a developer wanting to take their skills and passion to the next level, working with our creative teams to make web experiences that are functional, engaging and innovative.
Code cutting-edge front-end interactive experiences for web and apps leveraging WebGL, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop innovative experiences that use the latest methods and frameworks to engage users in new and compelling ways.
Collaborate with colleagues in technical and non-technical roles throughout each project’s lifecycle, from concept to timely execution.
Work through feedback cycles with internal and client teams, troubleshooting bugs and developing enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in interactive web development technologies and proactively share and inspire peers.

6+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on 3D and interactive web experiences.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including three.js and ModelViewer).
Experience with AI and backend languages is a strong plus.
Experience with:
Version control systems such as Bitbucket and Git.
Front-end frameworks such as Vue, React.js and AngularJS.
Headless CMS implementations.
Mastery of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

This is a full-time position at our office in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, where we’ve adopted a hybrid approach to work — with three days per week in the office and two remote, plus the option to work fully remotely for up to two months out of the year. Grow offers paid relocation to the Norfolk-Virginia Beach region as well as temporary housing for selected candidates.
