We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Rich Media Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and multimedia production, with a passion for creating engaging and interactive digital content. As a Rich Media Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing rich media advertisements, interactive content, and dynamic web experiences that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and engaging rich media content for web and mobile platforms, including HTML5 ads, interactive banners, video ads, and microsites.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other developers to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.

• Implement and optimize animations, transitions, and interactive elements using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., GSAP, PixiJS).

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and performance optimization for all rich media projects.

• Integrate rich media content with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google DoubleClick, Sizmek) and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in rich media development and digital advertising.

• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a Rich Media Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive web projects and rich media content.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., GSAP, Three.js, CreateJS).

• Experience with video editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and digital advertising standards (e.g., IAB).

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
