• ability to build on top of existing assets in the world delivering value for the users and customers

• excitement about AI/AR/XR/3D and things like

• experience in prototyping, problem solving, understanding the technical structure, and documentation.

• already good experience in full stack development and some understanding of AI and AI based tools in building SW solutions e.g. using Azure or maybe open source AI solutions and possibly also some machine learning skills

• good skills in Python and Javascript, possibly also e.g. React based experience

• flexibility to build on top of SW solutions developed by others

• good team player and communication skills but can also work independently without needing constant supervision

• ability to think on your feet to creatively solve business needs.

Skills

We also appreciate if you already have some of these skills or at least are ready to quickly learn on these as needed:

• Azure AI tools

• AI tools in Microsoft 365 environment

• AI prompting skills

• AI and Machine Learning basics

• React, Three.js, Node.js etc

• PyTorch, TensorFlow and any skills and tools related to understanding and possibly developing AI models if needed

• Unity/C# experience is a bonus
