Working on the forefront of the virtual and augmented reality space, we are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking WebXR projects.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology and a keen interest in creating immersive, interactive, and user-friendly WebXR experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the entire stack of our WebXR projects, ensuring seamless integration of both front-end and back-end components.
Key Responsibilities:
-- WebXR Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement WebXR applications.
Develop interactive and visually appealing 3D and AR/VR components using technologies like PlayCanvas, Three.js or A-Frame.
-- Front-end Development:
Design and implement user interfaces for WebXR applications, ensuring an optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.
Integrate responsive design principles and optimize performance for XR environments.
-- Back-end Development:
Build and maintain scalable server-side applications to support WebXR features.
Implement RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication to facilitate real-time interactions.
-- Database Management:
Work with databases to store and retrieve data necessary for WebXR applications.
Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity.
-- Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, 3D artists, and other developers to bring creative visions to life.
Document code, processes, and technical specifications for future reference and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Back-end development skills using Node.js and experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).
Familiarity with WebXR frameworks (Three.js, A-Frame, Babylon.js or PlayCanvas) and VR/AR development principles is a huge plus.
Experience with continuous integration/deployment.
Eager to Learn:
Knowledge of XR hardware and devices.
Familiarity with AWS, WebAssembly and WebGL.
Experience in optimizing performance for XR environments.
Working on projects involving spatial computing or immersive technologies.
