Frontend Developer with WebGL

Podix is a Bulgarian IT service company focused on offshore/nearshore software development services. We cover a diverse range of technologies in various industries – from creative and design to front-end and mobile development and back-end integration, testing and delivery.

As a Frontend Developer with WebGL, you will play a critical role in crafting immersive and interactive experiences for our metaverse platform. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals who share your enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in 3D, VR, and AR.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Frontend software developing;

- Supporting, maintaining and improving the real-time workflows of the client's product which is a metaverse platform;

- Giving ideas for continuous optimization of the platform;

- Implementing efficient, reusable, and reliable code and following the best work practices;

- Preparing a proper documentation;

- Creating automated tests.

TECH STACK:

- Solid knowledge of JavaScript / ECMAScript 6+;

- Extensive knowledge of WebGL;

- Knowledge of Vue.js will be a plus;

- Proven experience with HTML5, CSS3 and preprocessors;

- Knowledge of Babylon.JS or Three.js will be considered a strong advantage;

- Very good knowledge of Git;

- Very good conceptual and analytical skills;

- Enthusiasm and desire to learn new modern technologies related to 3D, VR and AR;

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology;

- Quick grasp of new tasks;

- High level of commitment and being a team player.
