Front End Developer

About The Role

In the Frontend Developer position, you’ll be responsible for crafting all our high end digital work ranging from the latest campaigns to the biggest platforms. This is a role where you’ll partner with our lovely clients and project managers, a big team of other frontend developers and our creative, animation and WebGL team to make sure we get the best out of you and the projects. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with all our high profile clients for award winning projects, while always maintaining quality and following our coding standards.

• Either focus on creating pixel perfect responsive web applications, or put together the technical architecture behind the project.

• Cooperate with the rest of the frontend team to improve our standards, frameworks and every other tool that makes your development live easier.
  
  
  

About You

The essentials:

• You know your way around libraries and languages such as React, Vue, Angular, ESNext, TypeScript, Webpack and GSAP — let us know what you know..

• You have great attention to detail in everything you do. From creating pixel perfect websites with CSS/SCSS and Fluid high performant animations using GSAP to perfectly clean code that follows our teams coding standards.

• At least 2 years of tangible work experience and code/work for us to review.

• Last but not least, you’re a proficient English communicator; able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and know how to describe problems and required actions to Monks in other offices.
