As a critical part of the team, you will own and shape the user experience for everything around our core products, driving innovation and ensuring quality in every interaction.
Collaborate closely with various teams to advance our user experience and design initiatives.
Deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality user interfaces with a focus on performance and detail.

Advocate for user-centric designs and deliver solutions that meet business needs and delight customers.
You’re an engineer who deeply appreciates design and consistency. You can faithfully implement a design built in Figma, giving meaningful feedback and even making changes to the design yourself if necessary. You are a team player who enjoys figuring out solutions to complex problems. You have a feeling for design and can translate design to product. You are familiar with the latest technologies in frontend development and love to stay up to date with the latest developments.
You are detail-oriented, mindful of deadlines, and you have a high sense of responsibility. At Stream, we strive to provide the best possible product and service to our clients, and we expect the same from you!
As a member of the team, you must be excited to grow with Stream. At our core, we are a startup - you should be able to act quickly, thrive in uncertainty, and love pivoting to new technologies.
4+ years of experience in design engineering or a related role, ideally in product-driven environments.
Proven ability to deliver high-performance, responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on engineering efficiency and scalability.
A deep understanding of web standards and the core fundamentals of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for optimizing user experience through efficient, scalable code and clear collaboration across teams.
Don’t fall into all of the requirements? You don’t have to match every bullet point as long as you can grow into the role and provide value to the team.
Note: For this role, we require examples of your recent work. Please share your most impressive designs and developments from the past few years.
