These are some of the questions you'll tackle as you help improve Delphi Studio. We're pioneering a new form of media. While the printing press and radio enabled one-to-many broadcasting, Delphi enables one-to-many-to-one: reaching millions of people with deeply personal, interactive experiences. You'll develop the tools and systems that make this new form of digital presence possible.
Strong track record of shipping multi-faceted products with exceptional UI/UX
Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind)
Proven ability to take ownership of product features from concept to launch
Strong design sensibilities and attention to visual/interaction details
Experience building responsive, performant web applications
Self-starter mindset with excellent product intuition
Ability to work in undefined problem spaces
(Optional) Experience with Python backend development
(Optional) Experience with mobile app development
High level of ownership and impact on product direction
