Creative Developer

In a context of strong growth and development strategy, you will join a team of 12 friendly, high-performing and problem-solving developers. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be supported by Nicolas and Mathieu, Lead Creative Developers, and will work directly with the 3D, Design and Project Management teams.

Missions

As a Creative developer, your main mission will be to create exceptional augmented reality (AR) experiences by leveraging your technical expertise in Javascript (Lens studio, Spark AR, 8th Wall); this role is a unique blend of creativity and technology.

You'll be working on exciting projects for prestigious brands such as Dior, Lacoste, adidas, Disney, Bethesda, Renault, ... as well as international events (exhibitions, concerts, festivals).

• Integration(30%) : collaborative work with other departments (understand their constraints and integrate their work into projects) 

• Participate in the creation of tools and templates (10%): writing, R&D, monitoring

• Participate in the creative realization of projects (10%): proposal force, ideation, problem solving

• Algorithms (30%): code real-time 3D experiments, build an architecture and viable logic for a project

• Create shaders and visual effects (20%): VFX, ... ( a plus )

Our expectations within the onboarding +90 days 🎯: ‍

→ autonomy in setting up the architecture of a project and in technical collaboration with other teams
→ understand internal tools and be able to suggest ways of improving and using them
→ develop very good knowledge of Atomic projects and technical limits to participate autonomously in ideations

Profile

• You have initial experience as a Creative Developer

• You have a very good knowledge of javascript, threejs, real-time development and game development.

• You are familiar with real-time 3D tools (technical and theoretical).

• Knowledge of the AR ecosystem is a plus, as are notions of Lens Studio, Spark AR and Effect House.

• Fluency in English,

• Your qualities: a logical and synthesizing mind, you are solution-oriented, curious and have a certain creative flair.
