Job Description:
Fater AI is seeking a 3D Software Engineer to develop and enhance our SaaS. You will play a key role in automating 3D modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize the 3D modeling engine in WebGL/Three.js.
Implement 3D modeling features with the CAD development team.
Design and code an API to connect our AI with the modeling engine
Simplify the API to improve the AI’s performance on common 3D modeling tasks.
If words like NURBS, BREP, SDFs, Raycasters, shaders, Ray Marching, UV mapping are already part of your vocabulary you’re in the right place.
Required Skills:
Expertise in WebGL or OpenGL.
Strong shader programming experience.
Proven 3D development skills.
Deep understanding of 3D modeling’s first principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the architecture or design industry.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning in design.
Web dev or 3D game dev experience.
