Co-Founder Web3D Engineer

Fruit3D is reimagining the way extended reality content is built and experienced using AI. We want to empower people to create without needing to code, and bring more immersive ways to learn, work and play to a broader audience.

As a co-founder you will:

• Lay the technical foundations of our AI-native, no-code 3D/XR creation platform.

• Make key product and architecture decisions with the founding team.

• Talk to early users and translate needs into a roadmap.

• Hire and mentor the early engineering team.

• Represent the company with partners, investors, and the community.

We're looking for someone that has deep experience leading Web3D projects and is passionate about working on cutting edge AI projects. You'll be working alongside applied-AI specialists, helping to shape product requirements that excite both our team and our customers.

Experience:

• Led and shipped production Web-based 3D products/libraries end-to-end

• Owned technical architecture for multiple projects

• Guided product from concept to launch with a small team.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of at least one Web 3D framework (eg. babylon.js, three.js)

• Comfortable designing clean libraries/APIs.

• WebGL/WebGPU fundamentals.

• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystem knowledge.

• Asset pipeline fluency: glTF, textures & compression, animation.

• Performance tuning

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, Robotics or related technical field.

• XR development experience

• Experience building AI agents or AI tooling
